I graduated from Goddard High School in 1997. I went on to attend college at Cowley College on a softball scholarship. From there I went on to complete my bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University. Go Cowboys! I earned my first masters in Public Administration from Wichita State University and completed my second one from Fort Hays State University.
During my time at Oklahoma State I earned a bachelors degree in Marketing and Management. In 2006, I earned a masters degree in Public Administration. In 2021, I earned a masters degree in Counseling.
I started at St. Marks School in 2018 working in instructional support for grades K-5. During the spring of 2021 I had the joy to complete my Practicum in Counseling here at SMS. I look forward to beginning my 2nd year hear as the School Counselor.
Prior to SMS I was an Academic Advisor at Wichita State University for 10 years and then taught at Southwestern College for 5 years. I taught: Ethics, Conflict Resolution and Developing Academic and Professional Strengths.
My husband and I have three kids. That keep us busy with all their activities! We have 2 dogs and 1 cat.
I love sports and I am an outdoor person. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy going to the lake, camping, traveling, and the beach.
